- All shipments are fully insured until they are delivered to your doorstep.
- Once dispatched, tracking details along with the delivery partner’s information will be shared via email.
- Kindly note: Once dispatched, we are unable to reroute or redirect shipments.
- Signature upon delivery is required to ensure safe handover.

- Free Shipping across India on all Galget Wudkraft products.
- International Shipping is available. Charges vary by product and destination.

Shipping Timelines
- In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 days.
- Made-to-order or customised pieces (including those with tung oil finishing and seasoning) are shipped within 10–15 days.

Doorstep Delivery Guidelines
- Ground-floor residences/offices: Delivery is made up to the doorstep.
- Multi-story buildings: Delivery is to the ground floor or secure lobby area after notifying security.
- Moving the furniture inside or upstairs is the customer’s responsibility.
- Assembly instructions are included with applicable products.
- Please watch our “Measure Your Space” video before placing an order to ensure smooth delivery and fit.
- We and our logistics partners are not liable if the product does not fit into your premises due to space constraints.
