I. Replacement Policy

For any manufacturing or transportation-related defects reported within 14 days of delivery, we offer a 20-day replacement guarantee. Since our furniture is handcrafted and made to order, kindly share clear photographs or video documentation highlighting the defects to help us resolve the issue promptly.
