Reporting Defects
Any visible damage or deviation from your order must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Email us at jk.galget@gmail.com with your order ID, a detailed description, and clear photographs of the issue. Claims beyond this window will be considered as acceptance of the item.
Natural Craftsmanship & Variations
Since all Galget Wudkraft products are handmade from seasoned, natural teakwood, slight variations in grain patterns, tones, and dimensions are expected and celebrated as hallmarks of handcrafted furniture.
Proof of Purchase
Retain your purchase invoice for any warranty-related requests. It will be required to validate your claim.
What the Warranty Covers
- Structural defects due to faulty materials or workmanship.
- Replacement or repair of the affected part, including labor and shipping, if deemed necessary by our team.
- Manufacturing defects identified within the warranty period.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear including fading, staining, or minor dents.
- Damage due to improper use, harsh cleaning agents, or neglect.
- Products used outdoors, unless specifically designed and labeled for outdoor use.
- Any modifications made by the customer or unauthorized third parties.
- Comfort preferences or dissatisfaction not related to actual defects.
- Items not purchased directly from Galget Wudkraft.
- Items returned for warranty without original packaging may not be eligible due to potential transit damage.
Claim Procedure

Assessment
Our team will evaluate your claim. If needed, we may request further info or an in-person inspection.
Resolution
Once validated, we’ll inform you of the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or part replacement at our discretion.
Products repaired or replaced under warranty remain covered under the original warranty duration. If the warranty period has lapsed, any repair or part replacement will be at the customer’s expense.
